Knowledge of procedures and functions of Courtroom Clerks unit.ģ. Knowledge of administrative functions of the Criminal Court Clerk's Office, policies, and practices.Ģ. Performs other related duties as required or directed.ġ. Prepares and keeps accurate and timely records, as needed and directed.ġ0. Assists with the responsibilities for the collection of data used to quantify courtroom activities.ĩ. Knowledge of court documents, motions, etc. Administers the day to day work activities of the courtroom.ħ. Performs the same duties as subordinates and assists subordinates in performing those duties as needed.Ħ. Issues oral and written instructions to subordinate employees when needed.ĥ. Assists with planning and carrying out the task training of Courtroom employees in coordination with a Supervisor.Ĥ. Coordinates planning, scheduling, and implementation of work operations in each court with a Courtroom Supervisor.ģ. Leads or guides the work of subordinate employees in the Courtroom Clerk unit.Ģ. PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.ġ. An equivalent combination of related education and/or experience.Ĥ. High school diploma or possess a GED ORģ. Six (6) years of experience performing clerical, statistical, or court related duties and utilizing an electronic case management system of which two (2) years are in a lead or supervisory capacity ANDĢ. Assignments involve a variety of responsibilities related to the Courtroom including documentation of the case files, identification of exhibits and documentation of motions.ġ. Works under the limited general direction of a Supervisor to support a unit engaged in performing courtroom duties for the Criminal Court Clerk's office.

Rate of Pay: $2,986.83 Monthly - Salary Commensurate with Experience and Education Principal Court Clerk II ( Criminal Court Clerk)
